Before we begin a conversation to discuss strategy, we check for alignment. We recognize that for a high-performing firm, time is the only resource that cannot be recovered. This is true for our company as well. Therefore, our engagement process is designed to be decisive, transparent, and entirely pressure-free.
The Territory Audit
Because we strictly adhere to a one firm, one practice area, one region policy, we begin by verifying that your geographic territory is currently available. We do not accept partnerships that create a conflict of interest with our existing clients.
The 20/9 Protocol serves one purpose: to respect the most valuable asset we both possess—our time. We recognize that for an experienced, proven attorney, time is the only resource that cannot be recovered.
This process ensures we remain focused only on conversations of genuine value.
The 9-Minute Check Point
The 20/9 Protocol is based on a 20 minute initial call, with a 9 minute built in check point.
If your practice area(s) and region are open, we schedule a 20-minute introductory dialogue. At the 9-minute mark, we pause. We will ask you: “Is this conversation of value, and do you wish to continue?”
If the answer is no: The call ends immediately. There is no sales pitch, no “follow-up” sequence, and no further attempt to contact.
If the answer is yes: We use the remaining 11 minutes to identify the specific infrastructure data needed for our second stage: the Deep Structured Authority Analysis.
Performance-Based Partnership
The 20/9 Protocol has one purpose: to protect our time (yours, and ours!). Our time is our most valuable asset.
We have operated on a month-to-month basis for years. We believe our results should earn your business every 30 days. If you choose to partner with us, you maintain the freedom to cancel by the 20th of any month.
